History of Smith Landscaping & Excavating, Inc.

Smith Landscaping was formed in 1970 by Forrest Smith, father of current owner Donald Smith. At age 14, Donald worked side by side with his father to develop a commercial and residential lawn and landscaping service throughout the Nashville area. In 1985 Donald decided to take Smith Landscaping to the next level by adding excavation services and incorporating as Smith Landscaping & Excavating,Inc.
